Returns and Refunds
We believe that you will be thrilled with the products you purchase but understand that there may be an occasion where you feel it necessary to return an item. As part of our commitment to customer service, we aim to keep these instances to a minimum and the process as simple as possible. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
If you return an unopened, unused product within 14 days of the date of purchase, we will refund you any money which you have paid us for that product. All you pay for is the return postage of the goods. Please contact us by telephone on 0845 845 0057 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to inform us that you wish to return the goods and we will allocate you with a returns code. To enable us to deal with your return as efficiently as possible, you will need to detail the returns code on any correspondence relating to the return procedure, including the package of returned goods. When you contact us we will advise on the most appropriate method of delivery – it may be Royal Mail or courier. You must keep proof of delivery in case of loss of items in transit.
If you receive an item from us which is faulty/broken or which you did not order, please contact us by telephone on 0845 845 0057 or email email@example.com to inform us within 14 days of purchase and we will arrange a refund or a replacement. In the event of you returning goods to us we will also pay you the cost of the return postage. Please contact us prior to returning the items and we will allocate you a returns code and we will advise you how to send or whether to send the items back to us. You will be held responsible for the retuned item(s) until they reach us. For your reference, we suggest that you use a secure delivery method that requires a signature on delivery.
We are only able to deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland. For information and advice on purchasing goods in other countries please email us on email@example.com
We charge a flat rate of £2.50 per order for delivery.
We endeavour to despatch goods on the same day that orders are placed – providing order is received prior to 1pm. Our flat rate service means that you should receive your order within 2 – 4 working days, however during busy periods deliveries could take up to 5 working days.
We also offer a NEXT WORKING DAY delivery service. For this service there is a charge of £5.95 per order. Orders must be received prior to 1pm to be eligible for next day delivery, or your order will be delayed by up to 24 hours.
Please note: delivery times quoted are estimates only and time shall not be of the essence of the contract. Delays in delivery cannot be the responsibility of Nfu.Oh UK as they may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
